DOJ - Monitoring Reports

DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE SSLC MONITORING REPORTS

Consistent with requirements set out in the 2009 Settelement Agreement between the state of Texas and the U.S. Department of Justice, three teams of professionals in the field of ID/DD conduct on-site compliance monitoring visits at each of the 13 SSLCs (large ICF-MR institutions) in Texas.

Following these visit, a monitoring report is issued detailing the level of compliance in providing generally accepted professional standards of care to residents of the Facilities.
